Create a buyer account and complete verification by the Oilfields Market team. Once verified, publish your request for proposal from the dashboard (My RFPs): title, scope of work, category, quantity, optional budget range, delivery destination, Incoterms, payment terms, and a bid deadline.
Only suppliers approved by the platform. Each approved supplier submits one bid per RFP — price, currency, lead time, offer validity and technical notes — and can revise it until the bid deadline.
Yes. Bids are visible only to the buyer who posted the RFP and to the Oilfields Market team. On public pages the buyer appears anonymized as "Verified Buyer" with the destination market; contact details of either side are never exposed.
Every buyer account is reviewed by the Oilfields Market team before RFP posting is enabled, so suppliers bid on genuine procurement requirements rather than unverified inquiries.
The buyer compares the received bids and awards the contract to one supplier. The RFP closes as awarded, every participating supplier is notified of the outcome, and the transaction continues directly between buyer and supplier.
